🦋 Monarch Butterfly Study — October 7! 🦋
Our 4th graders will be heading to Hackberry Flat Wildlife Wetland Reserve for a hands-on learning experience all about monarch butterflies! 🌿
Students will learn about the butterfly life cycle and monarch migration while tagging monarchs, collecting data, and safely releasing the butterflies back into the wild. They’ll also be putting their creativity to work by coloring and studying butterfly life-cycle activities in the classroom. 🎨🦋
We’re excited for our students to learn about these amazing pollinators while getting to experience science outside the classroom! 🌎💚

💛 Suicide Prevention Awareness Walk 💛
Our students in grades 4–12, along with parents, staff, and members of our community, came together for a meaningful Suicide Prevention Awareness Walk.
Today was about raising awareness, showing support, breaking the stigma, and reminding one another that no one has to face difficult times alone. 💛
Thank you to everyone who participated and helped make this an important moment for our school and community.
Together, we can spread hope, kindness, and support. 💛

Mrs. Nichols’ PreK class has been extending their learning through a fun and delicious daily activity! Each day, families send in a snack that begins with the letter they are learning that week.

Our high school juniors and seniors had a great opportunity today to attend the Cameron University Career Fair! They got to connect with colleges, businesses, and organizations while learning more about career paths and opportunities available after graduation.
